New Elite Unit: Veteran Warriors

The dark Eldar are practiced in all forms of battle, from shooting to hand to hand combat. The Veteran Warriors are Elite warriors who have been hardened by their previous combat experience. Veteran Warriors are not easy to panic, and can be a tough adversary to fight in hand to hand combat.

Veteran Warriors are a new Elite unit for the Dark Eldar.

Squad: The squad consists of between five and ten Veteran Warriors.

Weapons: Splinter pistol and close combat weapon.

Options: Up to two Veteran Warriors may be armed with a blaster at +5 pts or a shredder at +10 pts. All models in the squad may be given plasma grenades at +2 pts per model.

Character: One of the Veteran Warriors may be upgraded to a Sybarite at an additional cost of +8 pts. The Sybarite is armed with a splinter pistol and close combat weapon and may choose additional equipment from the Dark Eldar Armoury.

Raider: If the squad has ten or less models they can be mounted on a Raider at an extra cost of +55 pts.

SPECIAL RULES

Hardened: Veteran Warriors are hardened from many years of battle, they fear little and run less. To reflect this, whenever they are forced to take morale checks they always roll 3D6 and choose the lowest of these scores.
